Its M-Completeness platform is the e-Governance offering for the state/central governments, covering the life cycle of a citizen. These offerings meet the vertical and horizontal needs of the governance through an integrated, proprietary platform that consists of the public, administration  and the institutional layers. Implementation Protocols

Our local leadership team has over a decade developed its own implementation, customization and training protocols. These are based on several hundred pilot studies and implementations involving millions of users.
