Dr. Jitendar Verma
Executive Director

Dr. Jitendar Verma joined MGRM Net Ltd. In the year 2000 and has since then been involved in day-to-day operations of the Company. His rich and vast educational as well as international experience has already contributed immensely in building solid foundations of the Company’s business. In addition to the general management of the affairs of the Company, his current responsibilities include providing leadership in the key area of technology, giving guidance to the implementation and customisation team and providing direction to the company’s overall business plan.

Dr. A Vimaladithan
Vice President, Business Development

Dr. A. Vimaladithan holds a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering and Masters degree in Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology from IIT-Delhi, the premier technology institution of the country, a Ph. D. in Molecular Biology from University of Maryland, USA. He continued as a Research Associate in the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, USA. He is a recipient of numerous honours and has several international publications under his belt.

Dr. A. Vimaladithan heads the Business Development efforts of MGRM. Constantly on the lookout for new areas and domains of development, Dr. Vimaladithan is always researching and developing solutions and services that MGRM can offer to the world. He is the propeller of all research activities within MGRM, which open new vistas for the company.

Dr. G Kanagaraj
Vice President, Research & Development

Dr. Kanagaraj is an M. Sc. in Chemistry and holds a Doctorate from IIT-Delhi, for research in Inorganic Biochemistry.

Dr. Kanagaraj, in his position as Vice President, Research & Development, acts as the Quality and Systems guru of the company. Dr. Kanagaraj ensures that the systems development and policies or the company are managed in line and in accordance with the defined principles and objectives. His untiring efforts enable the company to translate its user service policies into effective user-friendly products.

Dr. S Baskar
Vice President, Projects

Dr. S. Baskar is a Ph. D. in Medical Optics and Holography from IIT-Delhi, the premier technology institution in India.

Dr. Baskar is the company's high-energy strategic thinker and a remarkable networker. His relentless passion for supporting excellence puts him in charge of providing leadership to MGRM's new projects, from planning to their implementation. He is also responsible for all national level sales efforts, marketing strategy, marketing communications, public relations, channel development activities and ensuring an integrated approach to support and strengthen MGRM's partnerships.

Mr. Partha S Mohanty
Vice President, Technical

Mr. Partha Sarathi Mohanty holds a Masters degree in Information Technology. His varied experience of over 19 years in field of software development includes Business Process Re-engineering, Complex systems design, Development, Systems integration, Customization, Implementation along with Integrated Testing, Quality Assurance and Change Management. He has traveled across time zones of technology spectrum starting from mainframe systems, mini systems to desktop systems and has implemented solutions in varied industries such as Industrial Explosives, AC/ Refrigeration, Petrochemicals, Jewelry Manufacturing, Automobile Manufacturing, Aircraft Engineering, Insurance & Reinsurance to name a few. His experience spans across continents handling different and complex assignments and leading large team size for project execution, concurrently in different time zones and various technology platforms.

Mr. Mohanty is responsible for all of MGRM's applications and technology infrastructure. At MGRM his focus has been in the Education domain and has architected more than 20 products all related to Education. He ensures that the clients realize the full value of MGRM software investment through unparalleled implementation, upgradations, optimization, education, and application hosting services. From designing to coding and from testing to change management, all aspects of product development fall under Mr. Mohanty's scrutinising eye.

Ms. Surabhi Das Sharma
Vice President, Special Projects

Ms. Surabhi Das Sharma is a post- graduate in Economics & and an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management. She has wide experience of almost 15 years in multifaceted business activities. She started her career in 1991 with Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd, and also worked as an independent Management & Project Consultant with UNIFEM before moving to the MGRM group in 1994.

Her expertise areas cover a wide spectrum of Human Resources activities such as formulation & establishment of HR & training policies & systems, manpower planning & recruitment, training & development as well as performance appraisal systems, to name a few. Her experience and knowledge also covers areas of marketing, both domestic and exports.

Mrs. Alka Kumar
Vice President, Operations

Mrs. Alka Kumar is a graduate in Political Science and Post Graduate in Personnel Management and Labour Laws, with wide experience of almost 21 years in human resources activities such as formulation and establishment of HR systems and policies, manpower planning & recruitment, training & development, performance appraisal, labour-related legal issues and so on. She plays a proactive role in human relations and is a facilitator of cultural change, personal counselor with a deep understanding of the human thought processes. She oversees all operations.
