We therefore,
  • Continuously strives to enhance the capacity/quality of our teaching faculty, to achieve our vision of providing whole some/meaningful education.
  • Challenge the students with best teachers in the class rooms and encourage the teachers to develop bonds and associations with our students. Teachers are encouraged to act as mentors.
  • Respect the individual differences, sensitive issues like dealing with students who have differential level of understanding, are addressed in a friendly non-threatening environment.
  • Invite educationists, specialists and accomplished resource persons to interact with the faculty as part of in-service training programme for all teachers.
  • Believe that the school and parents are jointly responsible for the development of the children. Their views are respected and suggestions / feedback used as an instrument of improvement.
