A number
of students represented University of Delhi in different games.
Coaching in the above-mentioned games takes
place, before and after college hours. If you are an athletically
inclined individual or would like to take part in any of the
activities, then you should give your name to the Sports President.
Prior experience is not necessary.
Facilities for indoor games like; Carromboard, Chess and Darts
are also available in the recreation room.
If you are a fitness enthusiast, facilities to help you keep
in shape are available including a weighing scale to keep
your weight under control.
You can also refer to books on sports, games and physical
education in the department. Last year Gargi's sports persons
won the Chess and Judo championships in D.U. They displayed
above average performances in other gmes too..
