M-Star College Expert System is the Pactop enabled, process driven, integrated e-governance application for colleges, technical institutes, specialist education institutions and other higher education providers. The essence of M-Star is in Managing (people, data and information), Scheduling (resources), Tracking (processes and workflows), Analyzing (outcomes) and Report­ing (alerts, queries and MIS). It acts as the ECG (electro cardiogram) of an educational system, by providing the right direction at the right time to an individual.
