Contract Worker

The module helps solve problems relating to contractor / contract worker management and payment. Once a department submits a manpower requirement, the module user can schedule and allocate the contract workers to the requesting department. Duty slips with fixed timings can be generated from the system and used to calculate overtime / regular wages. This functionality is integrated with the provision to capture the contract workers attendance. The system also tracks feedback and complaints received against the contractor or contract worker.
