TOM

The TOM module is an elegant solution for employee attendance management with in-built integrated functionalities for scheduling of shift duties and management of leave. It keeps track of an employee's attendance, daily working hours, late coming exceptions and overtime information. The module supports access control and security systems to record employee attendance through OmVcards. The versatile system allows marking of attendance for permanent staff, ad-hoc employees and contract workers. A webcam can also be installed on the staff punch station to capture a photo of the employee punching in/out, thereby preventing buddy punching. The dynamic reporting features help keep track of personnel movement behavior such as promptness, tardiness, early out, overtime, absenteeism, lengthy breaks, abnormal permissible movement, etc.
